When your order is received, you will be emailed an order confirmation. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order we will inform you and cancel the order.

PAYMENT TYPES-CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

We accept VISA and MasterCard payments. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by STRIPE who offers a payment solution dedicated for e-commerce plateforms. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access tocard details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction hasbeen completed.

PRICES

All displayed prices include Spanish VAT of 21%. Prices do not include payment or delivery charges. David Méndez Alonso retains the right to change prices at any time.

GENERAL

The shipment of the purchased items will be carried out via TNT or the Spanish Post Office, depending on which one is considered most suitable. To avoid incidents (wrong address, inability to locate the receiver at home, etc.), it is essential that you correctly fill in the form.
